Our practice came into existence in honor of one very special dog named, “Hammie.” She was an abandoned dog that managed to wander across town and land on our doorstep. Hammie was a great treasure that gave us joy and happiness for five wonderful years. Towards the end of her journey, she faced a terminal illness. Our only goal was comfort and peace for her remaining days. In her honor and memory, our concept came to be.

We want every pet to thrive for as long as possible, and this is why we stress the importance of preventative medicine. It is our mission to provide the highest quality wellness care in the industry so that all of our canine companions can make us smile, laugh, and love for many wonderful years.

As our furry loved ones reach a ripe old age, there may be a time when hospice care becomes necessary. Many pet owners desire private home care to ensure comfort in their pet’s time of need. Veterinary hospice allows time to make collaborative decisions regarding desired goals and expectations. Facing terminal illness and old age in a beloved companion is a very emotional time, and we want to be here for you every step of the way.

We provide care that will allow your pet to rest peacefully at home. Our priority is their comfort. Our veterinarian provides expertise in palliative care and pain control for terminally ill animals. With the utmost compassion, our hospice care assists in the respectful closure of each precious human-animal bond.
